THE WORK:
You will work both remotely and on-site in Warsaw, depending on the nature of assigned tasks related to physical document handling.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee documentation.
Prepare, review, and organize HR records in compliance with internal procedures and data protection regulations.
Maintain and update HR databases and Excel reports used for tracking employee data.
Support daily HR operations, including document scanning, archiving, and digital filing.
Collaborate with the HR team to streamline document management processes and ensure data accuracy.
This role involves repetitive and process-oriented tasks that require a high level of accuracy, focus, and consistency.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Availability to work at least 35-40 hours per week.
Active student status.
Polish citizenship (required for obtaining a qualified electronic signature).
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability – essential for handling repetitive and process-based work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – comfortable working with spreadsheets and data sets.
Strong sense of responsibility, especially when dealing with confidential employee data.
English and Polish proficiency at at least B2 level
