What you will do:
- Coordinate HR administration (preparation and archiving of personnel documentation in accordance with applicable regulations, preparation of employee certificates)
- Prepare employment contracts and other employment-related documents in cooperation with the Legal department, Accounting and People Experience, ensuring the continuity of contracts
- Assist with payroll services (collecting data needed to calculate remuneration)
- Onboarding new employees according to formal processes
- Prepare internal, HR and payroll reports for the needs of the management board and financial department
- Recording and reporting of working time, holidays, sick leaves, systems management
- Manage medical examinations, health and safety training and benefits
- Communicate and cooperate with external HR offices serving Admind employees based in Amsterdam, Odessa and Bankok
We look forward to working together if:
- You have some experience in the area of HR and payroll
- You have knowledge of HR programs (e.g. Płatnik, Comarch Optima)
- You’re familiar with Labor Law, tax regulations and social security issues
- You like and value independence
- You have great organizational presentational skills
- You are fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
