We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will own strategic hiring across key global functions - from Product & Engineering to Commercial, Data, and Strategic Partnerships. This is a high-impact role, driving hiring outcomes that directly power AirHelp’s growth.
What you'll drive:
End-to-end ownership of recruitment processes in Polish, Spanish, and German markets for critical hires across Product, Tech, Data, and Commercial functions - from briefing to signed offer.
Performance recruiting: Partner with business leaders to define success outcomes, build structured processes, and attract top performers from the best companies.
Market intelligence & talent strategy: Shape hiring plans with data, map strategic talent pools, and advise leaders on how to win in competitive markets.
Candidate experience that scales: Design clear, fair, and human processes that reflect AirHelp’s values.
Continuous improvement: Optimize sourcing, interview structures, tooling, and analytics to make hiring faster and smarter.
Strategic projects: Contribute to initiatives such as employer branding campaigns, AI-powered hiring tools, diversity programs, and leadership hiring strategies.
What you’ll achieve in your first 12 months:
Your 1st month
Understand AirHelp’s mission, products, organizational structure, and hiring priorities for the year.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, People team peers, and key business stakeholders.
Deep dive into Talent Acquisition processes, data dashboards, ATS setup, sourcing channels, and employer branding assets.
Months 1-6
Take over 4-6 active requisitions end-to-end, ensuring structured intake, strong candidate experience, and fast turnaround.
Identify one area in the hiring process that can be improved and pilot a fix (e.g., better job ad structure, faster feedback loops, sourcing strategy refresh).
Run structured hiring manager enablement sessions (e.g., interview training, calibration, market mapping).
Months 6-12
Identify bottlenecks in the funnel (e.g., sourcing mix, assessment steps) and implement improvements to reduce time-to-hire and boost quality of hire.
Contribute to TA playbooks, interview scorecards, and structured hiring guides.
Launch targeted sourcing projects (e.g., for niche roles, specific markets, or underrepresented talent groups).
Partner with the Marketing team to create high-impact content or events that drive pipeline growth.
Build strategic talent pools and recruitment marketing for future growth roles.

You have a successful track record in global headhunting, building relationships with exceptional candidates, and influencing senior stakeholders.
You’ve at least 5 years of experience in successfully hiring top talent in fast-paced international environments.
Apply AI tools to draft outreach, job descriptions, and interview questions that attract top-tier candidates faster and more effectively.
You own the outcome - you understand business goals, shape hiring plans accordingly, and deliver.
You thrive on data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and challenging the status quo.
You communicate clearly, work autonomously, and love building high-performing processes.
