Andersen is seeking for a IT Recruiter who will take part in the creation and launch of a new development center in the city of Krakow!
Our ideal candidate: сheerful, motivated and responsible person who is ready to conquer new heights and help our team to grow.
You have:
  • 1+ years in the related areas (service industry, tourism, marketing, advertising, personnel management, hotel and restaurant business);
  • Excellent communication skills, competent speech;
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Excellent follow up and time management skills;
  • Self-reliance and good organizational skills;
  • Openness and creative approach to recruitment activities;
  • English level - Intermediate+
Nice to have:
  • Basics in the specifics of the IT sphere;
  • Experience in working in an international environment will be a plus
You'll do:
  • Full cycle recruitment process for IT positions;
  • Executive search for candidates;
  • Pre-selection of candidates and conducting interviews;
  • Building long-term relations with candidates;
  • Write and post technical job descriptions;
  • Compose job offer letters;
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work;
  • Keep data and records of candidate and process as required by company (using corporate CRM, Jira);
  • Initiatives with proposing new ways of reaching candidates;
  • Keep up-to-date with new recruiter's trends and products.
