Opis stanowiska

As an HR Personnel Administration, you will be responsible for independently managing all administrative HR processes throughout the employment relationship. From onboarding to offboarding, you will ensure smooth handling of personnel data, contract amendments, benefits, and certificates. You will also act as a reliable contact point for employees, interns, and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and contributing to the continuous optimization of HR processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all personnel administration tasks, including: 

  • Carrying out entry and exit formalities 

  • Processing requests for transfers and job reassignments 

  • Preparing interim/final leaving certificates and attestations 

  • Develop and update standards for contract documents in ESCRIBA 

  • Manage electronic personnel files accurately and confidentially 

  • Clarify issues independently and provide employees with reliable information 

  • Handle AMEI generation for subcontractors 

  • Support interns and working students in administrative processes 

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all HR processes 

  • Actively contribute to the optimization of HR processes and improvement of data quality 

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR administration 

  • Familiarity with payroll processes and labor law regulations is an advantage 

  • Accurate, discreet, and customer-oriented work style 

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 

  • Interest in digitization and continuous process improvement 

  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across departments 

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least B2) 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP HCM
