AVSystem is a Polish company founded in 2006 in Krakow. We design and create original software from the Internet of Things (IoT) and telecommunications domains. There are more than 200 employees on board right now, and there definitely will be more of us, so here’s the case.
Currently, we are looking for an IT sourcing specialist to join our HR team to help us find new talents. Why join us, you ask?

Your responsibilities
Basically: sourcing, sourcing, and sourcing, which means:
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to find the best candidates;
- Build and maintain potential candidates pipeline through a direct search on social media, and internet sourcing;
- Adjust search methods and channels to the role, including search engines;
- Create human-to-human messages;
- Keep engaging activity on social media;
- Prepare market mapping.
What makes you a perfect candidate?
- You have at least one year of experience as an IT sourcer;
- Proficiency in direct search methods;
- Familiarity with Candidate Experience philosophy;
- Creativity, curiosity, and persistence;
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English;
- Professional approach to work.
