Currently, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team to help us find new talents. Why join us, you ask?

What to expect during the recruitment process?


  • Send us your CV.
  • We’ll screen your profile and if your experience and energy meet our expectations, we’ll arrange a 30 min. video meet.
  • Hands-on experience is crucial for this role, so we may ask you to tackle a short recruitment task.
  • In the final step, we’d love to meet with you in our office to get to know you better.

Your responsibilities


  • Conduct initial interviews and schedule further stages with hiring teams.
  • Manage inbound applications and candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with managers and recruiters to support the recruitment process.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Publish and edit job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Participate in job fairs and other Employer Branding activities.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of employees.


What makes you a perfect candidate?


  • You have at least two years of experience as an IT sourcer.
  • Proficiency in direct search methods.
  • Familiarity with Candidate Experience philosophy.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and persistence.
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Professional approach to work.
