Talent Acquisition Expert with French & Italian

Your Tasks

• Providing entire end-to-end Talent Acquisition process from fresh career starters to seasoned executives,

• Using aptitude diagnostic methods and competency-based interviews, pre-selecting & winning the right candidates to join our teams,

• Providing guidance to our hiring managers, collaborating closely with them and the HR Business Partners to define and execute effective Talent Acquisition strategies,

• Proactively scouting for the finest talents,

• Improving execution and continuous improvement - initiating projects, bringing innovative ideas and the latest trends to life in the world of Talent Acquisition.

  
  

Your Profile

• University degree in economics, psychology, or a related field,

• Several years of experience in the recruitment,

• Passion for attracting and selecting the most suitable candidates, and active sourcing,

• Experience as competent and assertive consultant in your specialist area,

• Experience in recruitment marketing and recruiting analytics,

• Data-driven approach, deep interest in HR tech,

• Fluent in English and one of the languages: French (ideally with Italian).

• Readiness for presence in Poznań office (minimum 3 days a week).
