Our expectations:

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter (at least 2 years preferred)

  • Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)

  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies and trends

  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices

  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Great negotiation, analytical skills and problem-solving skills, open-minded

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)


Nice to have:

  • Experience with international teams


Key tasks:

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

  • Actively source and build a strong pipeline of IT talent through direct search, networking, and online platforms.

  • Conduct competency-based interviews, prepare candidate recommendations, and guide applicants through the recruitment journey.

  • Organize technical interviews and recruitment meetings.

  • Handle candidate offers and negotiations, ensuring a positive experience at every stage of the process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the CRM system.

  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely recruitment delivery.
