As we expand our B2B services, we’re looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to help us connect with companies worldwide.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably working for a Recruitment Agency.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage potential clients through compelling messaging.
• A proactive approach to outreach and an ability to close deals.
• Knowledge of global recruitment practices and trends, particularly in tech and finance sectors, is a plus.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Duties:

• Identify and engage with companies globally that post job openings, primarily focusing on those seeking scalable, AI-driven recruitment solutions.
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to introduce Calimala's platform and present its unique benefits.
• Build relationships with recruitment and HR leaders to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Calimala’s AI-powered solutions can enhance their hiring processes.
• Develop a pipeline of potential clients and convert them into subscribers on our platform.
• Track client interactions, document feedback, and work closely with our marketing and product teams to continuously improve Calimala’s offerings.
