Growing projects = growing needs. That’s why we’re looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team and help us find the best talents on the IT market.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the IT area

  • Actively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and other channels

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience

  • Closely collaborating with hiring managers and technical teams to define recruitment needs

  • Creating attractive job ads and employer branding materials

  • Using modern recruitment tools and methods (ATS, sourcing tools, social media)

  • Monitoring trends in the IT job market and recommending improvements in recruitment processes

  • Supporting administrative and HR-related tasks

  • Participating in HR projects, employer branding initiatives, and team integration activities

 

Knowledge of / experience with:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)

  • Practical knowledge of sourcing methods and ability to reach passive candidates

  • Basic understanding of IT technologies

  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to conduct professional, partnership-based conversations with candidates 

  • Independence, proactivity, and good organizational skills

  • Communicative level of English and Polish

  • Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools
