Your New Role:
Become an integral part of our HR team, helping to cultivate a thriving and collaborative workplace. Use your expertise to advance strategic HR goals in a fast-paced and global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training, employee relations, compliance, and terminations.
- Collaborate with the HR team on projects and initiatives to enhance consistency and alignment across locations.
- Partner with leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives, talent strategies, and engagement programs.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring appropriate protocols and documentation while fostering open communication between employees and management.
- Monitor employee engagement through regular check-ins and implement strategies to boost satisfaction and retention.
- Support training initiatives for employee development and managerial growth.
- Research and recommend enhancements to HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Address employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and procedures.
To be successful in this role you need the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles (Specialist, Generalist, or Business Partner).
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Polish employment law.
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential matters effectively.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/systems.
- Experience in international or multicultural HR roles is nice to have.
- Strong understanding of HR operations with a detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
- High proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication.
