Talent Sourcing Specialist

Currently we are growing our Sourcing Team, and we are looking for a team member to join the Recruitment Team in Gdansk. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will work with recruiters to meet team goals by applying creativity and innovation to uncovering the best talent to join Cognizant across EMEA. 

Your accountabilities:

• Sourcing candidates through online channels (job boards, internal database and professional networks)
• Engaging and attracting passive candidates using Boolean, social media and alternative search techniques
• Assisting in the recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, screening resumes and interview support
• Collaboration with the recruiting team to define sourcing techniques and strategies
• Building networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate candidate relationships during the selection process
• Supporting projects integration in region and globally
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience – through effective communications and customer care

Our requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills in English, an additional language would be an asset 
• Knowledge of sourcing/ recruitment tools and methods will be an advantage
• Basic understanding social-networking sites for sourcing (job boards, Boolean language sourcing platforms)
• Social Media Knowledge
• Good time-management with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
• Analytical skills
• Proactive and service-oriented personality
