Talent Acquisition Partner (hybrid work)

📍Location: Hybrid, minimum once a week onsite/office – Warsaw

💲Budget:

13 760 - 16 960 net+vat/month (B2B)

12 800 - 16 000 net+vat/month (Mandate contract – student status required)

10 000 - 13 000 PLN gross/month (Employment contract)

🚀 What you'll do:

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define role needs and build recruitment strategies
• Source and attract top candidates using innovative, cost-effective channels
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer negotiation
• Conduct interviews and provide expert guidance on selection and assessment
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Support international mobility and global hiring initiatives
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to align recruitment with workforce planning

🧠What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house preferred), across diverse roles and markets
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage volume hiring as well as niche roles
• Excellent communication in English (written & spoken)
• Experience with global mobility, sourcing strategy, and recruitment analytics is a plus
