Payroll & Administration Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the highest quality of service in payroll operations, including preparation of payroll input data and verification of payroll calculations.

  • Manage pre-payroll, on-cycle, and off-cycle payroll processes for Poland in cooperation with an external payroll provider.

  • Extract and validate Time & Attendance (T&A) data, including absence calculations (e.g. overtime, holidays, sick leaves), and ensure timely and accurate transmission to the payroll vendor.

  • Submit ZUS declarations, and GUS reports.

  • Ensure compliance with Polish labor lawtax, and social security regulations in all payroll and absence-related matters.

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to employee queries regarding payroll, labor law, and social security.

  • Update and maintain the payroll system of record (ADP Streamline) with all necessary employee and payroll-related information.

  • Deliver and improve HR administrative processes, including employee documentation, contracts, and general HR support.

  • Manage and administer PPK processes


Your Profile:

  • Professional experience in independently processing Polish payroll.

  • Excellent knowledge of Polish payrolllabor lawsocial security (ZUS), and tax regulations.

  • University degree (preferably in HR, Finance, or a related field).

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.

  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).

  • Proactive, client-focused approach and ability to work independently.

  • Team-oriented mindset
