Workday Consultant
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine business requirements
Design, develop, and implement Workday enhancements and projects
Optimize integrations, workflows, and custom reports
Coordinate unit and user acceptance testing for new Workday/HRIS features
Deliver user training and support during deployment and post-implementation phases
Analyze and enhance existing Workday processes
Resolve HRIS-related incidents and address priority issues efficiently
Provide strategic guidance on Workday solutions and contribute to HR technology roadmaps
Support HR projects and administer HR tools
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years's experience as a Workday Consultant, with 2 years’ experience with HRIS
Strong expertise in Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting
Solid understanding of HR processes
Project management experience
Familiarity with IT service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL)
Experience with agile change management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Skilled in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
Passionate about learning and personal growth, willing to step outside of your comfort zone
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Availability for occasional business travel
