We are currently looking for an IT Recruiter to join our great team and play an essential role in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent for leading global companies.

🏠 This is a 100% remote position, with the exception of an annual trip to the office in Hemel Hempstead, UK.

💰 Salary - We are open to discussing your salary expectations. We offer B2B contracts and long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Source and Attract Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract the best IT talent in the market.

✔️ Screen Resumes and Applications: Conduct initial screenings of candidates to identify those who meet both technical and cultural fit for the role.

✔️ Conduct Interviews: Perform phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the organization.

✔️ Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to fully understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

✔️ Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and priorities.

✔️ Develop Talent Pipelines: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT candidates for both current and future hiring needs.

✔️ Utilize DCV Database: Manage candidate information and recruitment metrics using DCV’s internal database and other recruitment tools.

✔️ Stay Updated: Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment.

✔️ Promote Employer Brand: Act as an ambassador for the company's employer brand, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

✔️ Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring a diverse candidate pool is considered for every role.

The Role & Your Market:

While DCV specializes in recruiting across multiple sectors, your focus will be on IT roles. You'll be working on various positions for top-tier clients such as Infosys, Wipro, Hexaware, Virtusa, HCL, as well as end clients including BMW, Visa, HSBC, Santander, Mazda, Nike, UBS, Aldi, Zooplus, and more.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for talent acquisition and relationship building.
• Strong understanding of the IT recruitment market and industry trends.
