Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the local point of contact for data protection matters (Local Privacy Responsible).

  • Monitoring compliance of processes with GDPR and Group guidelines.

  • Handling inquiries and reports related to personal data.

  • Supporting the update of procedures, documentation, and awareness-raising activities regarding data protection.

  • Cooperating with the Group Compliance department and supervisory authorities in data protection matters.

  • Comprehensive handling of HR administration in accordance with labor law regulations.

  • Managing and verifying personnel documentation in HR systems

  • Providing support to employees in day-to-day HR matters.

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR) and practical understanding of their application.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or personnel administration.

  • Good knowledge of labor law and principles of maintaining HR documentation.

  • Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel.

  • Accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
