As a member of the Global HRIS team, your responsibilities will include:
Create and distribute a variety of reports from regularly scheduled (monthly, quarterly, etc.) to ad hoc utilizing data in DSV Employee Central by required due date as assigned. Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
Carryout various audits by required due date as assigned, reporting any anomalies accordingly.
Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for DSV Employee Central in relation to requests related to reporting.
Maintain DSV Employee Central data integrity by reporting data anomalies to the HRIS helpdesk.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
This position will have additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information technology or related area of study required.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Human Resources field (including Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Performance Management and Training).
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in HR related systems administration (SAP SuccessFactors preferred), payroll processing, functional support and enhancement development required.
Experience in creating Canvas reports, Table reports and Report Stories within the “Reporting” module in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central required.
Knowledge of working with Power BI and Crystal Reports a plus, but not required.
