
Key Responsibilities
• Full-cycle recruitment for Data Engineers, Data Architects, Analytics Engineers, and Platform Engineers
• Develop sourcing strategies for Poland and Romanian and Eastern European markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and technical channels
• Partner with leadership on technical requirements, market intelligence, compensation trends, and hiring strategy
• Conduct technical screens assessing experience with Databricks, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), Spark, Python, and SQL
• Coordinate technical interviews and provide detailed candidate assessments
• Manage ATS workflows, track recruiting metrics, and ensure compliance with Polish or Romanian labor laws
Required Qualifications
• 5-8 years technical recruiting experience, preferably in consulting/professional services
• Proven track record hiring data engineering, analytics, and cloud platform roles
• Understanding of data technologies: Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, cloud platforms, ETL/ELT, modern data stack
• Deep knowledge of Polish talent market and local hiring landscape, ( Romanian nice-to-have)
• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency and experience with modern ATS platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple searches simultaneously
