YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Actively sourcing candidates to support projects and initiatives across different industries;
• Managing relationships with key clients;
• Supporting and contributing to the development of recruitment processes;
• Negotiating rates with experts and supporting their engagement process;
• Developing recurring reports and building up existing models to ensure increased expert outreach and collaboration;
• Supporting communication efforts and cooperating with Communication Managers;
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the process

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Prior experience (min. 2 years) in direct search and recruitment processes;
• Proven track record in developing and managing communications with candidates and the clients;
• Delivering end-to-end recruitment processes;
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Experienced in LinkedIn Recruiter, database searching, networking and headhunting;
• High efficiency, time management skills, and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and networking skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates;
• Target-driven approach and ability to take ownership of delivering the results;
• Positive, energetic, and constructive approach to work with ability to manage complexities;
• Ability to work in international and culturally sensitive environments;
• Familiarity with the management consulting industry / international business / (semi) government sector is a plus;
