Opis stanowiska
Your responsibilities:
- Maintaining our job adverts
- Active candidate research via online tools
- CV screening and phone interviews
- Arranging interviews with hiring managers
- Contracts' admin
- Taking care of contractors’ queries
- Maintaining relationships with our vendors (medical care, sport cards, etc)
- Coordinating trainings
Our requirements:
- Experience in HR. Nice to have – direct searching and headhunting experience
- Fluent Polish and English
- Communication skills on international level
- Candidate must be goal oriented and have ability to work independently with minimum or none supervision!
- Organizational skills
- B2B setup knowledge would be an advantage
