As part of our continuous development, we are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will support us in the demanding recruitment of experts and achieving strategic goals.

What you'll be responsible for:

managing end-to-end recruitment processes through different sources and at all stages (sourcing, screening) for open positions
maintaining a positive candidate experience – developing a quality relationship with all candidates
working closely with our HR Team and Hiring Managers
proposing and executing Employer Branding initiatives to attract the best specialists
participating in the creation of the best recruitment practices in the IT and engineering recruitment industry
undertaking various HR tasks

You are the person who:

has at least 2 years of experience in providing recruitment services and carrying out all stages of recruitment
has experience and knowledge in direct search, in particular IT/engineering recruitment
has experience in recruitment marketing and building the employer's image
has practical experience in professional support of organizations, superiors and management in HR work, in particular recruitment
has a strong command of spoken and written English
