Do you have highly developed business advisory skills in HR within the IT industry?

You've come to the right place - here you'll spread your wings and fully utilize your expert skills. The People & Culture team at G2A.COM is looking to add an People & Culture Business Partner to our cohesive team.

Your role, as a professional advisor, strategist, and HR expert, will be to support the managerial staff, stay close to the business, and implement best solutions in close collaboration with the People & Culture and Finance & Operations teams.

Your responsibilities:

  • Building HR's position as a business partner by providing professional HR advisory services and collaborating on the implementation of company strategic plans
  • Supporting Managers in implementing HR strategies
  • Supporting Managers in daily team management, talent-mapping, planning development paths, staff changes, and challenges related to them
  • Close cooperation with the recruitment department towards creating teams and developing hiring plans
  • Preparing reports, analyses of market competition, and HR indexes for the IT area
  • Co-creating budget reports for your area
  • Delivering adjusted HR tools and solutions which support realization of strategic business plans
  • Proactively supporting the processes of managing changes affecting the staff (e.g. implementing new HR policies, shifts)
  • Co-creating and executing training and development strategies
  • Recommending and communicating necessary changes and solutions in the areas of HR, Learning & Development and Well-being
  • Co-creating and strengthening the organization’s structure
  • Actively monitoring market trends, recommending changes within the dedicated area, and knowledge-sharing
  • Building engagement and coordinating the surveys evaluating co-workers’ satisfaction and engagement from work
  • Creating new and improving prior HR processes improving the daily employee experience
  • Constant co-operation with HR and Payroll


You’re a perfect match for the role if:

  • You have at least 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a tech or e-commerce company
  • You have ease of collaboration and building partnerships with individuals in managerial and executive positions
  • You are familiar with a specific and latest trends in the IT industry
  • You approach business from multiple perspectives, understanding the environment and business processes well, and propose actions with them in mind
  • You are proficient in Excel and feel comfortable preparing informational material in PowerPoint
  • You have a broad, systemic view of the organization and its operations in international markets
  • You possess analytical thinking skills and can diagnose business needs, analyze data, and draw insightful conclusions adeptly
  • You have extensive experience in change management
  • You have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • You enjoy running meetings and know how to adjust presentation format to the needs of your audience
  • You can present data and convey information in an attractive, understandable manner
  • You are assertive, goal-oriented, self-sufficient, and able to prioritize your tasks
  • You like interacting with people and working as a team
  • You have practical knowledge of labor law
  • You have a higher education in HR / coaching / psychology / organizational strategy / labor law
  • You are fluent in English at least at the B2 level


Bonus points for:

  • Knowledge of HR systems
  • Knowledge of Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience in coaching and conducting soft skill training session
