WE are looking for contractors for a role of:


Talent Mobility Specialist / Coordinator (Jr/Mid)

Location: Warsaw / hybrid (flexible)

Duration: 6 months (extension / transition to in-house is probable)

Type: contract - B2B or contract of mandate (UZ) [for students under 26 yo UZ rate is the same as B2B rate]

End client: international media services company


Responsibilities:

  • Administration of Talent Mobility Program in EMEA - work with our external and internal stakeholders (Employee Services, Talent Acquisition and external relocation and immigration partners): Vendor initiation, Immigration documentation, tracking via Case Management System, Immigration Compliance, Updating HRIS system, Reporting, Cost estimation

  • Knowledge management

  • Ad-hoc Talent Mobility projects and initiatives


Requirements:

  • 0.5-2 year of experience in administrative role (mandatory)

  • Experience in handling business documents and updating enterprise software

  • Fluent in English (mandatory)

  • Fluent in Polish (strongly preferred)

  • Nice to have experience with: HR documentation, foreigners employment process, vendor coordination, Workday ,Zendesk

  • Valid residence / work permit for Poland or EU citizenship

  • Availability to start a job quickly (maximum 1 month notice period)
