What challenges do we offer?

• Running recruitment projects – IT
• Direct access to candidates using various recruitment methods (including direct search using RPS)
• Verification and selection of applications of candidates matching the sought profile interviewing and recommending a candidate
• Building long-term, positive relationships with the candidates
• Updating and maintaining order in the database
• Support for CSR activities and employer branding project
• Collaboration with the team

What skills do we expect?

• Minimum of three years in IT Recruiter position
• Experience in IT is a plus
• Teamwork skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Open to new challenges, involved, and fully available
• Independence and a creative approach to work
• Good knowledge of English allows free communication

Salary: CoE - 5 000 - 6 000 pln gross or B2B - 5 500 - 7 500 pln net
