As Frends continues to grow, we are excited to strengthen our team in Poland. We´re looking for a new role IT Recruitment Specialist.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in sourcing, screening, and hiring talented developers for our Polish office. You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team in Finland and our Polish site manager to identify the best candidates and ensure a seamless hiring process.

In addition to your core recruitment duties, you'll assist with administrative tasks, support employees, and help manage day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

🧐 We expect

• At least 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Willingness to work in fast-paced situations on a growing company
• Good technical skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• As a person: active and good time-management skills, strong communication and co-operation skills, committed and responsible, enjoying the low hierarchy culture, and most importantly, have an enthusiastic attitude which itself will raise our good team spirit
• Working from our Gdynia office, in Poland on a weekly bases (remote days are possible)
• Fluency in English and Polish
