• Maintaining up-to-date candidate databases.
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to define recruitment strategies and goals.

Requirements:

• Localization: Ukraine
• At least several months of experience as a Recruiter in the IT industry.
• Excellent knowledge of the IT market and recruitment tools.
• Communicative level of English (B2-C1).
• Ability to analyze CVs and assess candidate qualifications.
• Capacity to build lasting relationships with candidates.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Independence and the ability to work in a team.
