HR Business Partner

💪 Your responsibilities

• Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
• Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development, compensation, and organizational development.
• Lead strategic HR projects and initiatives with global HR support
• Lead the HR related internal and external communication
• Collaborate with the international HR team to accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
• Work on value-add programs in areas of e.g. training, development, career mobility, well being
• Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Proactively analyze HR metrics and trends.
• Coordinate work of the 3 people team
• Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Cooperation with the Talent Acquisition team
• Caring for a positive brand image through Employer Branding activities
• Conducting on-boarding, relocation, and off-boarding processes (exit interview)

✔ Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting managers and directors in the implementation of HR processes
• Demonstrable experience in a variety of HR functional areas, especially organization development, change management, process improvement, and employee relations
• Experience with HR automation processes
• A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable employment law, legalization, Polish labor code, and terms and conditions.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working in international teams.
• Higher education - an additional advantage will be directions related to social sciences (HRM, psychology, sociology)
• Very good knowledge of English (required min. B1)
