Junior IT Sourcer
Hello! We are a Software House looking for some help mostly with finding the best candidates for our different IT roles.
All of the recruitment processes we handle are internal ones.
There's a big chance the candidate you'll contact would be your future colleague :)
We are looking for a person who:
- has basic knowledge about IT and some overview about different positions and roles within the field
- already has some sourcing experience within IT industry
- has "If I won't enter through the door I will enter through the window" mindset
- wants to grow within Talent Acquisition or Recruitment field
- fluently speaks English
What tasks are waiting for you?
- actively searching for the candidates using different sourcing techniques (Linkedin, Facebook, Boolean Search etc.)
- digging through our internal database (ATS System) to find active candidates
- contacting the candidates and conducting phone screenings to gather basic information about candidates profiles
- analyzing candidates profiles and deciding if the profile matches our current job offers
- scheduling HR and Tech interviews
- creating blind CV's of the recommended candidates
- being part of, and also creating our internal Talent Acquisition Team
