HR Business Partner

Currently we are looking for experienced professionals for the position of HR Business Partner, to join our People and Culture Department.

HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Acting as strong business partner for Tax Services Department by providing strategic HR consulting aligned with People and Culture strategy
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Providing performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, succession plans, disciplinary actions)
• Analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
• Working closely with other HR functions (C&B, EB, TA)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a multicultural environment
• 7+ years of working experience in an HR Department
• Proficiency in labor law
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management
• Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of laws, guidelines, regulations and policies
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English (at least level C1)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
