Senior Recruitment Specialist

Reports to: HR Manager

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid)

*Usually, we work remotely but we are looking for an individual eager to visit our office sometimes when there is a need to have on-site meetings with the team.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join us in Kraków, Poland to help us hire the best talent from all around the world!

This is an amazing opportunity to be working in the company on the hyper-growth stage. You will play a vital role in the team to help us expand and to build a strong recruitment strategy.

What you will be doing?

• Build & design the recruitment strategy in collaboration with the team
• Work on continuous improvement for talent acquisition processes, improving operational effectiveness and adding value for the company
• Ensure candidates have the best recruiting experience possible by optimizing processes and suggesting improvements according to candidates’ feedback
• Define the most appropriate sourcing strategy & support the management in deploying Employer branding activities
• Acting as a brand ambassador for the company through participation in recruitment events including meetups, job fairs, and targeted networking functions
• Perform full-cycle recruitment activities to fill various internal roles including entry-level and senior positions
• Share best practices with the department team members & colleagues to maintain required service level
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the position, team needs, culture and values
• Train more junior colleagues
• Produce timely and accurate reports

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience in a hyper-growth stage tech company
• Strong online candidate sourcing skills
• Knowledge of key modern social media and recruiting channels
• Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time
• Proactive and solution-oriented personality, with the ability to communicate confidently with senior management.
• Highly organized with a structured approach to work as well as ability to inspire and motivate others
• Bachelor's Degree
• Fluent in English and Polish
