HR Business Partner / HR BP

Ryvu Therapeutics is a clinical-stage drug discovery and development company focused on novel small molecule therapies that address emerging targets in oncology.

We are looking for a talented HR expert. As HR Business Partner you will act as a trusted and strategic partner to leaders and employees focusing on a broad range of HR initiatives.

HR Business Partner / HR BP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establishing and maintaining effective employee relations with all levels of management and employees
• Partnering directly with leaders on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management and diversity, equity & inclusion
• Participating in the creation and coordination of processes within the employee life cycle in the organization (onboarding, annual appraisal, promotions, talent management etc.)
• Strong focus on talent management and training activities
• Proactively seeking out new information, trends in HR area
• Ongoing analysis of organisations’ HR needs and ability to link HR Strategy with business goals
• Provide 1-1 guidance, coaching and professional development to the managers
• Help managers to develop their team members

YOUR BACKGROUND

• University degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related discipline required
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a broad range of Human Resources functions including: employee relations, talent management, learning and development
• Experience in conducting soft-skills training
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods and the ability to adapt them to the current needs (courses or postgraduate studies in coaching/ facilitation/ training/ L&D will be an asset)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a focus on collaboration
• Strong knowledge of local labor and employment law
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Polish
