Who We Are Searching For?

We are actively seeking a meticulous and highly organized individual to join our team and contribute their skills and expertise.

🏢 In this role, you will be accountable for:

• Proactively identifying and recruiting talented candidates.
• Orchestrating the entire recruitment process, from CV screening to onboarding.
• Skillfully selecting specialized professionals.
• Conducting regular employee meetings.
• Collaborating with external organizations across various domains (career centers, recruitment agencies, training institutions, event companies).

• Possess a minimum of two years of experience in the IT industry (a prerequisite) and are well-versed in AI and Data Science terminology.
• Maintain at least a C1+ level of English proficiency.
• Display a keen interest in advancing your career in the field of HR and recruitment while staying informed about current HR trends.
• Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and can effortlessly connect with others.
• Uphold punctuality, reliability, and self-reliance.
