What is this job all about?

As an HR Business Partner at TSG, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by working closely with leaders to achieve optimal results. The role goes beyond traditional HR functions to actively contribute to the overall health and success of the company, making it an indispensable component of the organizational ecosystem.

What will be your responsibilities?

Leadership Support:

  • Collaborating closely with organizational leaders, providing support and coaching to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Assisting leaders in achieving their goals through strategic HR initiatives.

People Strategy:

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's people strategy in collaboration with the broader HR team.
  • Introducing innovative HR solutions to address challenges and improve overall HR processes.

HR Advisory:

  • Offering expert advice on HR processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on people and team development.

Employee Engagement:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for TSG employees in HR-related matters, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Implementing initiatives to strengthen TSG's culture and values through HR projects and effective communication strategies.

HR Trends and Strategy:

  • Staying abreast of industry HR trends and incorporating the latest practices into TSG's HR strategy.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and recommending adjustments to the HR strategy to align with evolving business needs.

Learning and Development:

  • Supporting Learning and Development (L&D) activities within the company, contributing to the continuous growth and skill development of employees.
  • Utilizing experience in leading workshops and working with groups to enhance the overall learning experience.

What do we require?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in an IT-related company.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR processes and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven 'big picture' attitude and ability to align HR initiatives with broader organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with employees and leaders.
  • Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and share knowledge with others.
  • Proactive approach, thriving in a dynamic work environment, and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Fluent in both English and Polish for effective communication within the organization.
