You would be responsible to ensure that our hiring processes are inclusive. ● Proactively source, recruit, engage and maintain a strong candidate pipeline,● Review and evaluate applications, resumes, skills assessments and other qualifying materials,● Interview and assess applicants for position and company fit,● Perform reference checks and make recommendations to managers,● Implement improvements and new standards in the hiring area,● Cooperate with managers and be an educating partner to the business.

● 3+ years of relevant experience conducting end to end recruitment processes.● Sourcing experience and creative approach to it.● Sound judgment and ability to match candidates with projects.● Ability to create and maintain an excellent candidate experience.● Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.● Fluent English.● Being open-minded and culturally aware.

● Experience in international recruitment processes.

● Experience in employer branding activities.
