You will be focused mainly on hiring within the IT sector of the Polish market, but you would also have an exposure to the European recruitment. - Proactively sourcing and attracting the highest caliber of candidates
- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to understand current and predicted demand
- Assessing candidates’ applications for a full range of roles, from junior level to senior management
- Hands-on approach to all stages of the recruitment lifecycle process
- Developing relationships and liaising with agencies
- Recruitment administration, including maintaining recruitment database and carrying out various administration tasks
- Timely reporting and internal client management
- Working closely with the Europen Talent Acquisition team based in Wroclaw, London, Paris and Frankfurt office
- Promoting Infosys as a brand, participating in professional and social media projects with a view to attract candidates and strengthen company messaging to the market
- Participating in projects leading to the improvement of the hiring efficiency and candidate experience
To be successful you need:
- 2+ years of technical sourcing experience within either an agency or in-house background (note: this is only guidance, we are looking for an experienced active recruiter. You may have more years of experience but also, you will be considered with fewer years of experience if you have the right skills)
- A proven strong track of delivery
- Excellent sourcing skills across a variety of channels
- Knowledge of complete recruitment processes (creating and posting job advertisements, usage e-recruitment tools, and candidates database management, screening and selection, conducting interviews via phone )
- Good knowledge of the Polish IT market
- Excellent command of English, German would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and within the team
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Can-do, creative attitude with a project-like approach to work
- Strong networker with a good market knowledge
- A passion for delivery and good candidate experience
