Opis stanowiska

We are looking for a talented and experienced Total Rewards Business Partner to join our dynamic team at InPost Group. As a TR BP, you'll be play a critical role in driving the rewards agenda to support the business strategy.



Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the compensation review process, bonus structures, rewards and collaborate with external service providers to ensure a smooth process of employee relocation and assignment between countries

  • Implement rewards framework on base pay, STI and other incentives driving alignment across the organization

  • Support annual salary review cycle (salary increase planning, benchmark annual salary increase process)

  • Provide advice and guidance on job grading review and approval

  • Provide advice and guidance on incentive plan review (STI/Sales Incentive)

  • Lead other rewards projects to support business requirement including harmonization and modernization

  • Proactively operate with HRBPs and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives through rewards

  • Collaborate in the implementation of HR systems related to compensation, benefits and global mobility



Our requirements:

  • 5 years of work experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in IT field/start-ups

  • Functional skills: analytical skills, experience with IT systems preferably SAP, knowledge of industry trends, Mercer methodology, exposure and involvement in designing incentive programs

  • Languages: English, Polish

  • Other skills: project management, building collaborative relationships, change management, influencing skills,

  • Experince in tech industries/start-ups
