Job Title: Operations Specialist
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time, employment contract

- A structured onboarding and training program (minimum 2 weeks) in Poland and Brno, Czech Republic

- Cooperation with financial institutions, insurance companies, and public administration offices
- Coordinating communication with accounting offices in Poland and the Czech Republic
- Liaising with our legal advisor – administration and organising legal meetings
- Preparing documents for banks and other external institutions in both Polish and English (in cooperation with the CEO)
- Managing insurance policies and fleet cards
- Drafting internal company documents such as agreements, regulations, and procedures
- Handling internal compliance and legislative matters
- Performing other administrative tasks essential to company operations
- Experience in a similar administrative or operational role
- Fluent English (will be assessed during the interview – essential for daily work)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under time pressure
- Independence in performing tasks and taking initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment to work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High level of personal culture
- Proactive, task-oriented mindset
- Responsible and dedicated approach to assigned duties
- Relevant legal experiences is an advantage
