IT Recruiter

Your responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of end to end recruitment process
• Representing the company on the market and building positive Candidate Experience
• Searching the candidates via all available tools
• Scheduling the appointments with candidate and all stakeholders required
• Being a point of contact for candidate and sharing the proper feedback with them
• Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates and the hiring status
• Analyzing the IT market and proposing the recommendations to managers

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment process in IT field
• Very good Polish and English language
• Knowledge of IT market, proper tools and techniques for candidate sourcing
• Proficiency in using Social Medias for daily work
• Very good interpersonal skill and communication skills
• Independence, ability to take an initiative and share the ideas
