Warsaw-based opportunity with a hybrid model of work (3 days from the office/2 days remote).

We are a fast-growing company delivering IT services for Finance, Fintech, E-commerce, and many other industries! We’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Nearshoring Department and help us grow our international presence. Your main responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recruitment processes for mainly IT positions (Developers, Architects, Infrastructure) but also business roles (Project Managers, Business Analysts)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering)
• Participate in creating and implementing strategy plans
• Create trusted relationships with Consultants and Candidates
• Growing systematically our internal database of Candidates
• Follow up with the pool of your Consultants and support their needs

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment across international markets
• A proactive and independent working style with strong ownership of results
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
• A flexible and dynamic approach – you feel at home in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
• Excellent Polish and English, both written and spoken (other languages are a plus!)
• Previous experience in an outsourcing, nearshoring, or agency environment is a strong plus
