Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR and Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee documentation, payroll processing, and supporting managers in HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing month end data needed for payroll calculation
- System management (onboarding/offboarding of new employees in the systems, updating employee data, conditions)
- Managing employee personnel files (preparing contracts, annexes, and other HR documents)
- Handling ongoing employee matters
- Preparing payroll data (benefits, deductions, compensations, deductions, etc.)
- Coordinating online occupational health and safety training and the GDPR trainings
- Creating, implementing, and improving HR processes and procedures
- Monitoring and coordinating medical examinations and leaves
- Preparing reports
- Managing company benefits (Medicover, multisport)
- Cooperation with external accountant and other vendors
- Support in audits
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and payroll
- Knowledge of current labor law and payroll regulations, including working time and absence rules
- Excellent communication
- Driven and motivated team player with can do attitude
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage own workload effectively
- Discreetness and confidentiality
- Good level of English and Polish (enabling smooth communication in both spoken and written form)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Teams
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Optima HR and Payroll software, HRM Optima
