HR & Payroll Specialist

Our client, an international organization, is looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role is key to ensuring accurate payroll cycles, compliance with labor law, and smooth HR operations across multiple countries.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and validate payroląl data in cooperation with external providers

• Calculate and reconcile working time, holidays, sick leave, overtime, and business trips

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including for international employees

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on working time, vacation entitlements, and employment regulations

• Prepare HR reports and analyses (attendance, turnover, absenteeism) to support decision-making

• Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure data quality in systems (HRIS, time capture system)

• Communicate effectively with international stakeholders and internal teams

• Contribute to process improvements in HR and payroll operations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in HR administration and payroll processing

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Solid understanding of payroll cycles and working time calculations

• Legal awareness or interest, including labor law and regulations for international employees

• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools

• Experience with HR systems (Workday) is an advantage

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly across cultures
