• 🎯 Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• 📞 Pick up the phone and speak to potential candidates—build relationships, assess fit, and engage top talent.
• 🏆 Run semi-technical interviews, assessing candidates on both technical and personal levels.
• 🤖 Automate recruitment and onboarding processes for efficiency.
• 🌍 Attract top IT talent through innovative recruitment strategies.
• ✍ Write engaging and well-structured job adverts from minimal information.
• 📊 Understand market trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive hiring.
• 🚀 Ensure a smooth recruitment process, minimizing missed opportunities.
• 🤝 Oversee onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• ✅ 7-10 years of IT experience, with a strong background in IT project management and solution delivery.
• ✅ Experience leading technical teams and making hiring decisions.
• ✅ Basic understanding of solution architecture, allowing for effective discussions with technical stakeholders.
• ✅ Ability to assess candidates on both a technical and personal level.
• ✅ Deep knowledge of technical roles, job functions, and technology stacks.
• ✅ Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken.
• ✅ Detail-oriented – ensuring job adverts and recruitment processes are clear, professional, and engaging.
