We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to take full ownership of IT recruitment projects and work closely with both our internal teams and clients.
- Sourcing candidates that match the defined profile using both internal ATS systems and external platforms (LinkedIn, social media, databases, networking, etc.),
- Professionally and efficiently screening candidates to identify the right fit for each role,
- Preparing recommendation lists that meet client requirements and internal standards,
- Conducting interviews,
- Managing candidates throughout the entire recruitment process – from first contact to offer stage,
- Collaborating closely with other teams and departments.
Someone who:
- Has at least 4–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (either in an agency or in-house),
- Is confident running end-to-end recruitment processes independently,
- Knows how to use sourcing tools and techniques effectively,
- Is a strong team player but can also manage tasks autonomously,
- Is well-organized, communicative, and results-driven.
