Senior TA/HR Specialist – Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Senior TA/HR Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment processes (including IT roles)
and actively support broader HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including technical/IT and specialist roles
Coordinating recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
Sourcing candidates directly via LinkedIn, networking, and proactive outreach
Building talent pipelines and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience
Managing the internship program – planning, coordination, and supporting interns and mentors
Participating in HR initiatives (onboarding, employee development, wellbeing, organizational culture)
Supporting employer branding and internal communication efforts
Tracking recruitment performance and generating reports
Cooperating with external vendors like recruitment agencies,
Negotiating terms of cooperation and monitoring the quality of external services
