What would be your responsibilities?
- job offers creating, updating and publication
- handling of ongoing recruitment processes
- maintenance of the internal ATS system
- supporting the recruitment team at various stages of recruitment
- arranging recruitment meetings, managing the calendar
- participation in decision-making meetings
- supporting recruitment processes through direct search
- building and maintaining positive relations with candidates, taking care of candidate experience (including telephone/email contact, feedback/decision-making)
- regular examination of trends on the labour market in the context of recruitment along with proactive proposal of new solutions
- recruitment processes efficiency regular evaluation
What skills are we looking for?
- at least 2-years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist in IT
- very good English skills (both verbal and written)
- experience and/or genuine interest in IT, modern technologies
- experience in direct search and hiring via LinkedIn
- experience in interviews
- knowledge of tools and techniques in recruitment
- proficient verbal and writing skills
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- organizational talent
- a structured and independent approach to work

- part of us work fully remotely, another part on a hybrid way, and there are also enthusiasts of the office work – it’s totally up to you!
