We are looking for IT Recruiter to expand our recruitment team and support sales in hiring top IT specialists!

Responsibilities:

• Independently managing recruitment processes for technical positions
• Building and leading a team of recruiters
• Collaborating with the sales department to attract clients and offer recruitment solutions
• Working closely with sales managers to refine job requirements
• Actively sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, industry platforms, direct search)
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' technical skills

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of technical topics and the IT market
• Fluent in Polish and English (required)
• Experience in team management or a high potential to build and lead a team
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Proactive, independent, and highly committed
