The Researcher is responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition activities through proactive sourcing, market research, and candidate identification across the CEME Division.

This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, mapping target markets, identifying specialists via LinkedIn and other platforms, and providing operational coordination to HR Managers and HR Business Partners. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a Talent Acquisition Specialist role in the future.


Key Responsibilities


  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, CV databases, social media and industry platforms.

  • Conduct market research, talent mapping and competitor analysis for specific positions.

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and strategic roles.

  • Pre-screen candidates to assess basic suitability for open roles.

  • Prepare shortlists and share profiles with Hiring Managers or TA Specialists.

  • Maintain data accuracy in recruitment systems and tools.

  • Support job ad creation and posting across various channels.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates when needed.

  • Prepare simple sourcing reports and insights from the labour market.

  • Support Employer Branding and outreach activities within the CEME region.

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, internal policies and process standards.

  • Handle additional sourcing/support tasks assigned by the HR team.


Requirements

  • University degree (preferred: HR, Psychology, Business or similar).

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sourcing or junior recruitment, in-house or agency.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter / sourcing tools (Boolean search is a strong advantage).

  • Strong research and analytical mindset.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • Understanding of recruitment processes and the job market.

  • Experience with ATS/RMS is a plus.

  • Very good MS Office skills.

  • English at B2–C1 level; additional languages are an advantage.
