We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who'll support us in all of our recruitment efforts and join our talented People Team.

Discover your way at Monterail!You will:

Be responsible for full recruitment life-cycle, this means:
- Transforming business needs into job ads
- Knowing where and how to tap into the best talent out there
- Managing the recruitment pipelines using Workable ATS
- Handling all the candidate communication (including offers, negotiations, feedback)
Ensure great end-to-end candidate experience
Collect candidate feedback and improve our processes where needed
Learn how to research, monitor and analyze market recruitment trends
Have full support of our recruitment squads in your daily recruitment efforts

You ideally:

Are passionate about recruitment and have ~ 1 year experience in the role
Have introduced at least 1 improvement in your current role/company
Are an open-minded person, willing to face challenges and learn from them
Have a very good command of written and spoken Polish and English
Approach challenges with “let's figure it” our attitude (psst. It’s one of our core values)
Have very good organization skills and the ability to set priorities in constantly changing environments
Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (meaning sharing feedback, asking for help, proactively communicating your status)
Have a strong desire to learn and develop your skills

Salary:

7 000 - 9 500 PLN + VAT (B2B Contract)

or 5 810 - 7 880 PLN gross on an employment contract (UoP)

Important 👉 For the first few months in this role, we'd like you to focus solely on building our Monterail Tech Network (freelancer network). After that you will switch to working on our internal recruitments.Benefits:
